- Open OUTLOOK desktop app
- Click on NEW EMAIL
- Click on the FROM button and select FAX@FULTONMGMT.COM
- Click on the TO box and type 10-digit fax phone number all together and add @send.myfax.com (example: 1XXXXXXXXX@send.myfax.com)
- Click on the SUBJECT box and type the Client or Entity Name, space, in caps what kind of fax it was, space, todays date (example: John Doe WIRE 1/1/2022)
- Click on the ATTACH FILE button on the top and attach the document you like to send (PDF file is preferred.)
- *OPTIONAL* click on the BODY of the email if you like the fax to have a cover letter.
- Click on the SEND button to send a fax (below is a screen shot of a sample fax.)
- Please wait a few minutes for the fax to be transmitted and someone from the Admin Team will forward you an email receipt confirming if the fax when successful or it failed.
- Please send an email to FM Support (support@fultonmgmt.com) if you haven’t received a fax transmission receipt or encounter an error message to troubleshoot.
